Proper maintenance of the building can increase the life expectancy significantly. Most envelopes expire prematurely due to neglect. The CWS Leak free warranty program stands alone among the competition.

Warranties range from 1 to 30 years with optional system warranty provided by the manufacturer. Among the many benefits of the Leak Free Warranties are material and labor coverage with comprehensive, no-dollar limit liability; “edge-to-edge” system coverage including materials, insulation and metal; and, coverage that is transferable from owner-to-owner combined with an affordable maintenance program. All warranties are fully transferable.

 

 

Bronze Leak free warranty

Standard repair warranty converage 1 to 10 years depending on warranty procedure and materials.

All materials are covered by manufacturers warranty. No extra fees.

 

Silver Leak free warranty

Standard warranty coverage for the period of 10 years for workmanship.

All materials are covered by manufacturers warranty. No extra fees.

 

Gold Leak free warranty

Optional warranty coverage for the period of 12 to 20 years depending on materials used. The Gold Leak free warranty is combined with our annual roof service which includes leaf and optional moos removal, gutter cleaning and downspout flush, skylight cleaning, 20 point envelope inspection with inspection report, caulk replacement as required on products installed by us. Fees average between $150.00 to 375.00 a year depending on size of the building.

All materials are covered by manufacturers warranty. 

 

Platinum Leak free warranty

Optional warranty coverage for the period of 15 to 30 years with certain products. 

The building is covered by a system warranty provided by the manufacturer which covers material and labor with comprehensive, no-dollar limit liability; “edge-to-edge” system coverage including materials, insulation and metal; and, coverage that is transferable from owner-to-owner. 

Platinum Leak free warranty is combined with our annual roof service which includes leaf and optional moos removal, gutter cleaning and downspout flush, skylight cleaning, 20 point envelope inspection with inspection report, caulk replacement as required on products installed by us. 

Fees average between $150.00 to 375.00 a year and a initial fee per square foot is required. The project will be inspected upon completion by the manufacturer.
